Greenhouse survey highlights concerns over AI screening and lookalike résumés
A Greenhouse survey of more than 1,100 job seekers in the UK and Ireland found that 81% had been rejected after submitting only a résumé, without speaking to HR. Some 97% wanted to showcase qualities beyond their résumés. Gen Z respondents understood AI screening better than those aged 60 and above. Employers also found that similar AI-polished résumés made it harder for applicants to stand out.
